摘要
通过对比分析天津港"8·12"危险品仓库特大火灾爆炸事故和广东深圳"8·5"清水河危险品仓库特大火灾爆炸事故,深入剖析了两起事故的共性特点、共性教训等,从消防部门监管和应急处置的角度,探索提出危险品火灾爆炸事故防范和处置的方法和对策。
Through the comparative analysis of Tianjin Port '8·12' dangerous goods storage super fire and explosion accident and Guangdong Shenzhen ' 8·5' Qingshui River dangerous goods storage fire and explosion accident,deeply analyzed the common features and lessons of the two accidents,based on the fire supervision and emergency and rescue perspective,explored the precautions and countermeasures for dangerous goods fire and explosion accidents.
