摘要
位于城市综合体内的长途客运站具有人员数量多、火灾荷载大、空间无法开敞等特点。为解决其防火设计难题,以某城市综合体首层面积为11 426 m2的长途客运站为例,提出了防火分隔、人员疏散、消防设施等消防设计方案和管理对策。通过FDS和Pathfinder数值模拟方法验证该方案的有效性和可行性。结果表明,在采取了一系列加强措施后,客运站现有设计条件能够保障人员的安全疏散。当站场内排烟系统失效时,安全余量为负值,对人员的疏散安全造成威胁,需采取必要的技术和管理措施保证排烟系统的有效性。
The long-distance passenger station in city complex has high population, big fire load and enclosed space. In order to solve the fire design problem, taking the 11 426 m2 long-distance passenger station at the first floor of a city complex as an example, fire design plans and management countermeasures including fire separation, evacuation and fire facilities were put forward. The plan was verified by FDS and Pathfinder. Results showed that, after a series of countermeasures, the existing design of the station can ensure the safety evacuation. When the smoke system fails, the safety margin is negative, and the evacuation will be endangered, so necessary technical and management methods should be taken to ensure the effectiveness of the smoke system.
