摘要
将六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP)加入环氧树脂(EP)中,制备阻燃环氧树脂,研究HPCTP的阻燃性。结果表明,HPCTP具有较好的阻燃性能,可以增大残炭量,对降低热释放的作用十分显著,使样品的烟释放量增大。分析认为,HPCTP初始分解温度低于EP,能够率先分解吸热,中断热解,降低基体燃烧强度;分解的PO3-和其他小分子残留在材料表面形成蜂窝结构,保护内部基体;HPCTP与EP结构相似,可以很好地在基体中均匀分散进而增加复合物的力学性能。
Selected hexaphenoxy cyclotriphosphazene(HPCTP) as retardants dope into epoxy resin(EP), to prepare flame retardant epoxy resin. The performance of the HPCTP was studied. The results revealed that HPCTP doped into resins have better flame retardant performance, can increase the residual carbon content, effectively lower the heat release, and increase the smoke emission.Fire Science and Technology,December 2017,Vol 36,No.12Analysis believed that, the initial decomposition temperature of HPCTP is lower than that of EP, and will take the lead in decomposition and absorption, stop the pyrolysis, and reduce the combustion intensity of matrix; the produced PO-3 and other smaller particles can form honeycomb structure to protect the internal matrix; HPCTP has similar structure with EP, will uniformly dispersed in the matrix and increase the mechanical properties of composites.
