摘要
为改善高温垂直物体表面的冷却效果,提高灭火用水的利用率,用对比试验的方法分别用一定浓度的温敏性P(NIPAm/AA-Na)凝胶水溶液、凝胶B水溶液和水作为冷却剂,针对直立的高温铁板进行冷却对比试验,在冷却灭火过程中实时多点位记录铁板的温度、辐射热并全程记录冷却影像。结果表明,同等条件下,温敏性P(NIPAm/AA-Na)凝胶水溶液的冷却时间最短,最大冷却速率和平均冷却速率均优于水和凝胶B。温敏性P(NIPAm/AA-Na)凝胶水溶液冷却时,发生溶胶/凝胶相转变过程,增大了水在高温垂直物体表面的停留时间和数量,提高了水的利用率和冷却效率。
In order to improve the cooling effect of the surface temperature on the vertical objects, a contrast test on cooling test at high temperature upright iron plate were carried out with temperature sensitive P(NIPAm/AA-Na) gel aqueous solution, gel B and water individually. The real-time temperature and the value of heat radiation at multipoint of the upright iron plate were recorded in the process of cooling, full video recording were collected in the meantime. The results showed that under the same conditions, the cooling time of the thermosensitive P(NIPAm/AA-Na) gel water solution was the shortest, and the maximum cooling rate and average cooling rate were better than that of water and gel B. When cooling with the temperature sensitive P(NIPAm/AA-Na) gel water solution, the sol/gel phase transition process occurred and the residence time and the amount of water kept on vertical surface of object in fire were increased, so the water utilization and cooling efficiency were improved.
