摘要
目的 为制定中国老年男性血红蛋白正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法 收集中国 1 84个单位用氰化高铁血红蛋白(Hi CN)法测定的 2 0 92 5例老年男性血红蛋白正常参考值 ,运用相关分析和回归分析方法 ,研究其与地理环境因素的关系。结果 中国老年男性血红蛋白正常参考值与中国地理环境因素之间有非常显著的相关关系 (F =2 0 9.0 9)。用逐步回归分析方法推导出了一个回归方程 :Y=1 32 .0 +0 .0 0 742 3X1 × 0 .31 50 X3- 1 .1 53X4 ± 1 9.0。结论 如果知道了中国某地的地理环境因素 ,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的血红蛋白正常参考值。依据血红蛋白正常参考值与地理环境因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区 6个区。
Objective To supply a scientific basis for setting down the reference value standard of Chinese eldly men's hemoglobin.Methods A research was made about relationship between the reference value of 20925 subjects of Chinese healthy aged men's hemoglobin and five geographical factors in 184 areas of China, and the normal reference value was determined by the hemoglobincyanide (HiCN) method.Results The correlation of geographical enviroment factors and the reference value of Chinese elderly men's hemoglobin was quite significant (F=209.09). Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, the regression equation was given out:=132.0+0.007423x1+0.3150x3-1.153x4±19.0.Conclusions If geographical factors were obtained in some areas, the reference value of hemoglobin of this area could be reckoned using the regression equation. Furthermore, according to the dependent relationship between the reference value of hemoglobin and the geographical factors, China can be divided into six regions: Qingzang, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North and Northeast .
