摘要
'访'作为信访工作中重要的一环,如何与信访大数据研究相结合具有十分重要的研究意义,它能够让信访大数据在服务群众、服务政府决策、有效解决社会矛盾问题方面起到更为有效的作用。本文从一线来访接待工作人员角度出发,结合现阶段信访工作实务,思考、展望'访'与信访大数据相结合的趋势和特点,希望通过实务工作经验推动信访大数据理论研究创新,促进'智慧信访'新技术与信访实务工作紧密融合,着力提升群众工作能力水平,奋力开创新时代首都信访工作新局面。
'Visit'is as an important part of the work of public complaints and proposals,how to combine it with the study on public complaints and proposals big data,which has a very important research significance.It can make the public complaints and proposals big data play a more effective role in serving the masses,serving the decision-making of government,and effectively resolving the social contradictions.This paper,from the perspective of front-line reception staff,think and look forward to the trend and characteristics of the combination of'Visit'and public complaints and proposals big data in association with the current practice of the work of public complaints and proposals.It is hoped to push the study and innovation of the theory of public complaints and proposals big data forward through practical work experiences,promote the new technology of'smart public complaints and proposals'what is closely integrated with the practical work of public complaints and proposals,focus on upgrading the level of work capability of the masses,and strive to open up new prospects for the handling of public complaints and proposals to the capital in the new era.
