摘要
目前,全球信息大数据有深入发展的趋势。运用大数据驱动信访治理的核心是从信访数据中探寻民意,发现社会治理中的普遍性、趋势性问题,从而提升社会治理的科学化水平,实现社会矛盾的源头治理,减少社会矛盾的生成。本文介绍了信访大数据研判和应用机制研究的由来以及主要内容、意义和目标。提出通过将'可问责制'引入大数据技术的适当性,开发透明度更大的大数据预测分析,从而将信访工作提升到更高水平层面,提升国家治理法治化水平。
At present,global information big data has a trend of in-depth development.By use of big data to drive public complaints and proposals management,the core is to explore public opinion from the data,and to find out the universal and tendency in social governance,in this way,we can improve the scientific level of social governance,realize the source governance of social contradictions,and reduce the generation of social contradictions.This paper introduces the origin of study on the judgment and application mechanism in public complaints and proposals big data and its main content,significance and objectives.It is proposed to develop more transparent big data predictive analysis by introducing'accountability system'into the appropriateness of big data technology,so as to raise the work of letter and visit to a higher level and upgradethe level of legalization of national governance.
