摘要
竞技篮球运动项目的发展和运动成绩的提高在一定程度上取决于教练员人才的科学配置.文章采用文献资料法、数理统计法等方法,对中国在聘教练员以及职业篮球三大联赛(CBA、WCBA、NBL)教练员的人才配置现状进行研究.结果发现我国竞技篮球教练员人才配置还处于粗放式的低级阶段:教练员人才配置整体素质不高、人才市场配置机制不健全、人才配置职能分工不合理.同时提出计划与市场相结合以维护教练员人才市场配置秩序、营造良好制度环境以加快教练员人才市场机制改革、提高教练员人才资源配置认识以强化教练员团队的科学匹配等对策.
Development of competitive basketball sports and improvement of athletic performance to some extent depend on coach deploys. Via literature review,mathematical statistics, logical analysis, etc. It made a study on the coach deploys when engaging coaches, especially coaches for professional basketball league matches:CBA, WCBA, NBL. It finds that in China the talented person deploy is in the low stage: coaches are of poor quality; deploy mechanism is imperfect; allocation function division is unreasonable. In future, we should combine the plan with the market to safeguard the deploy order, build a good institutional environment to quicken the talent market mechanism reform, and enhance coaches’ conciousness of telented person deploy to intensify the scientific deploy.
