阿莫西林联合叶酸对慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Amoxicillin Combined with Folic Acid in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察阿莫西林联合叶酸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效.方法:将70例确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为2组,对照组35例给予口服叶酸治疗,实验组35例在叶酸治疗的基础上同时给予口服阿莫西林,2组均连续用药2周,观察2组患者治疗前后的临床症状、病理形态学及胃镜下的变化.结果:实验组的临床症状缓解率、病理检查好转总有效率和胃镜下表现好转总有效率分别为91.4%、85.7%和80.0%,对照组则分别为71.4%、62.9%和57.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:阿莫西林联合叶酸比单独叶酸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效更好.

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of amoxicillin combined with folic acid in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: 70 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with folic acid while the experimental group received folic acid and amoxicillin. The clinical symptoms, pathological and endoscopy changes were observed after two weeks of the treatment. Results: The clinical remission rate, total efficiency of pathology and improvement performance in endoscopy of the experimental group were 91.4%, 85.7% and 80.0%, respectively, which were higher than that of the control group 71.4%, 62.9% and 57.1%, respectively(P<0.01). Conclusion: Amoxicillin combined with folic acid was more effective for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis than only using folic acid.
