摘要
本实验系初步探讨动脉粥样硬化形成过程中胶原写组织胆固醇沉积以及病理改变的关系。结果表明:造型组动物主动脉壁内胶原含量及胶原/总蛋白比值随着组织内脂质沉积的增加而增加,且与主动脉粥样斑块面积(%)的增加呈正相关。由此证实,在动脉粥样硬化进程中,的确存在胶原含量的增加,提示动脉壁胶原合成的增加可反映动脉粥样硬化病变的严重程度。
Thirty-seven white rabbits were divided into two groups; 1. Control group had received general diet for five months. 2. Model group was fed a 0.5% cholesterol enriched diet for five months. The two groups were subdivided into five subgroups at random and were killed at the end of every month to determine the collogen of thoracic aorta which were preserved in norma-1 saline at 4 C. Results: The accumulation of cholesterol and the collogenous content of the aorta as well as atherosclerotic lesion increased parallelly with blood lipid in the model group. The collogenous content and cholesterol in the aortic wall, the atherosclerosis plaque area (%) and the degree of coronary artery stenosis were highly correlated (r-0.88-0.92, p<0.025) . The results proved that the collogenous content of the aortic wall, which increased in the process of atherosclerosis, may indicate the severity of atheroslerosis and is related to the cholesterol deposition. The relation between collagen metabolism and atherosclerosis needs further investigation.
