长效β阻滞剂 Nadolol(corgard)治疗高血压病37例的近期疗效观察

Evaluation the short-term effiecacy of long-acting β-blocker-Nadolol(Corgard)in 37 cases with essential hypertension.

本文介绍用长波β阻滞剂 Nadolol 治疗轻中度高血压病37例,降压效果显著(P<0.01)。日服一次,使用方便。但使甘油三脂明显升高,作为常规降压药应慎重。

37cases with mild or moderate essential hypertension were treated with Nadolol and were followed up 4-16 weeks(mean 8 weeks).The blood pre-ssure in 35 cases was significantly decreased.The average systolic pressure wasreduced from 171.8±41.0mmHg to 143.2±12.2.mmHg and the average diastolicpressure from 107.0±9.6mmHg to 87.9±7.7mmHg(P<0.01).The cardiac function was measured by nuclear-stethoscope in 14 cases andrenal function was detected by serm creatinine level in 22 cases and serumcreatinine cleaning rate in 10 cases.All showed no statistical significant chan-ge both pre and post Nadolol treatment.These results indicated that Nadolol was effective on mild and modertaehypertension.It was very convenient and safe for the patients just to takeonce daily,however.a detrimental effect on serum lipid and hyper triglyceride-mia,may be a risk factor for coronary heart disease.We considered thatNadolol was not appropriate for use as a convention at Long-term antihype-rtension agent.
