二维超声心动图测定心内膜面积

摘要 本文介绍 Guyer 提出的心内膜制图技术定量测定左室心内膜面积。该法应用2 DE 五个标准切面即 PSSA—MV、PM、AP 及 AP 4 C、AP 2 C 切面定量测径及周长,绘制左室心内膜面积图,用求积仪测得心内膜面积。作者试测48例正常成人,其中男性26例,女性22例。其平均左室心内膜面积各为95.12±9.48cm^2(M±SD)和85.1±9.78cm^2;左室心内膜面积与左室舒张末期容积密切相关,其相关系数为0.83(P<0.001)此法根据心室实测形状制图,较接近实际心脏,故较按设想的心脏几何形状计算法准确。可用于定量评价心肌梗塞病人室壁运动异常范围。 We presented a new technique for quantitatively mapping the three dimen-sional left ventricular endocarial surface(LVES)designed by Guyer et al.Using this method,we presented a planar map of LVES that was constructedwith the data derived from standard cross sectional echoimages,i.e.PSSA-MV.PM.AP and AP-2C.4C,and the map area was determined by planometry.In our series of experiments,48normal adults were surveyed.The avcragearea of LVES of 26 normal men was 95.12±9.48 cm^2(M±SD),that of 22normal women was 85.1±9.78cm^2.There were close correlations between areasof LVES and left ventricular end diastolic volumes,The correlation co-fficient was 0.83(P<0.001)in normal adults.This method has the potential of being more accurate than other geome-tric methods,since it is free of geometric assumptions about the shape ofthe ventricle and may adapt the real ventricular cavity and generalized ventr-icular dilatation.It can be used to quantify the surface area of regional wallmotion abnormality in patients with MI.
