血淸巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子在冠心病患者中表达水平及与病变严重程度的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)患者外周血血清巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子(MIF)表达水平变化以及与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年2月期间,在我院进行冠状动脉造影术(CAG)并住院接受治疗的CHD患者189例。另外选择CAG结果正常的46例受试者作为对照组。比较不同亚组CHD患者血清MIF水平以及与对照组受试者血清MIF水平的差异,采用Pearson相关性分析探讨血清MIF与Gensini评分的相关性。结果CHD患者血清MIF平均水平和Gensini评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患者和急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清MIF平均水平和Gensini评分高于稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者,同时,AMI患者血清MIF平均水平和Gensini评分也高于UAP患者(P<0.05)。3支病变的CHD患者血清MIF水平和Gensini评分明显高于单支病变和双支病变患者(P<0.05)。重度冠状动脉病变的CHD患者血清MIF水平和Gensini评分明显高于轻度和重度病变的ACS患者(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析,CHD患者Gensini评分与血清MIF表达呈正相关性(r=0.777,P<0.05)。结论:外周血血清巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子表达水平与冠状动脉狭窄病变程度密切相关,可作为诊断或预后的分子标志物。 Objective: To discuss the expressions of serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and the relationship with the extent of coronary artery lesions. Methods: We analyzed 189 ACS patients detected by coronary angiography(CAG) and 42 volunteers with normal CAG result as the control group in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018. The expression levels of serum MIF in all volunteers were detected and compared. And the relationship between the levels of serum MIF and Gensini scores of CHD patients was analyzed by Pearson analysis. Results: The mean levels of serum MIF in CHD patients were higher than the control volunteers(P<0.05). The mean levels of serum MIF and Gensini scores in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) were higher than the patients with unstability angina pectoris(UAP) and stability angina pectoris(SAP)(P<0.05). The mean levels of serum MIF and Gensini scores in patients with three lesions were higher than the patients with a group of lesions or two lesions(P<0.05). According to the result of Pearson analysis, Gensini score was positive correlative with serum MIF(r=0.777, P<0.05). Conclusions: Our findings support a relationship between the serum MIF activation and the coronary artery lesions confirmed by CAG in CHD patients, which could be the potential predictor of diagnosis and prognosis for coronary heart disease severity.
