全面从严治党与全面依法治国的关系是社会主义法治建设的重要问题,从依法治国以及从严治党提出至今,两者都是密切相关的,党的领导离不开法治,法治建设需要党的领导,而全面从严治党是保证党正确领导的关键,全面从严治党也是依法治国的基本要求。细说依法治国对从严治党的作用,可以从理论基础、制度指引、思想保障以及法治督促四个方面讨论,正是这四个大方面,全面地将依法治国与从严治党相结合,继而为党的领导,为中国特色社会主义建设提供保障。

The relationship between the strict administration of the party and the administration of the country in an all-round way is an important issue in the construction of the socialist rule of law.Since the rule of law and the strict administration of the party were put forward,both are closely related.The party’s leadership cannot be separated from the rule of law and the rule of law needs to be built.The party’s leadership,while comprehensively and rigorously administering the party is the key to ensuring the party’s correct leadership.Comprehensively administering the party strictly is also the basic requirement for governing the country according to law.To elaborate on the role of ruling the country according to law in strictly administering the party can be discussed from four aspects:theoretical basis,institutional guidance,ideological guarantee,and rule of law.It is these four major aspects that comprehensively combine the rule of law with the strict administration of the party.And then for the leadership of the party,to provide guarantees for the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
