摘要  利用三维k—ε紊流数学模型模拟了一体化氧化沟的流速场,采用移动网格技术模拟转刷的转动及沟内动力的来源。理论计算结果与试验结果的比较表明该数学模拟结果是合理的。此外,对沟内流态进行了详细分析,在水动力学层面提出了对现有设计进行优化改进的措施。 Three dimensional k-ε turbulence mathematical model was used to simulate the flow field of integrative oxidation ditch, and moving mesh technology was used to simulate the power sources of brush running in the ditch. By comparison on the theoretical calculation data and test result, it was indicated that the result of mathematic simulation is reasonable. Furthermore, detailed analysis was made on the flow pattern in the ditch, and then the measures of optimization and improvement were proposed for current design from the view of hydrodynamics.)
