涂层碳纤维的强度变化及其weibull统计评价

摘要 通过实验测试了碳纤维及三种涂层碳纤维(CF+SiC,CF+PC,CF+PC+SiC)的拉伸强度,用weibull统计方法对涂层纤维拉伸强度进行评价,分析了涂层对纤维拉伸强度的主要影响因素,说明涂层后材料的可靠性提高,SiC涂层使纤维强度下降,PC涂层能提高纤维强度。 The tensile strength of carbon fiber and three coating carbon fibers (GF + SiC; CF + PC; CF+PC+SiC) was measured by experiment, the tensile strength of coating carbon fibers was evaluated using Weibull statistics method.The main inflencing factors of coating on tensile strength of fibers were analyzed.It has been shown that the reliability of material has been increased after coating.The strength of fiber was decreased by SiC coating, the strength of fiber was increased by PC coating,
