摘要
短碳纤维在基体材料中的均匀化技术对短碳纤维复合材料的性能有显著的影响。总结了短碳纤维复合材料中纤维的几种均匀化技术及其工艺特点 ,并提出了评价纤维均匀化效果的几个表征方法。但由于目前碳纤维的均匀化技术始终未能同时解决好短碳纤维在均匀化过程中所面临的三个突出问题———分布要均匀、损伤程度最小、体积分数要高 ,因此 ,短碳纤维在基体材料中的均匀化技术仍然是未来大力推广低成本、高性能。
The properties of short carbon fiber reinforced composites (SCFRC) are strongly influenced by fiber homogenization techniques (FHTs) in the matrix materials of SCFRC. This paper summarized FHTs and technological characters in fabrication of SCFRC,and presented characterization methods of evaluating fiber homogenization result. Because the present FHTs cannot solve simultaneously three outstanding problems such as well-homogenized fibers, least fiber damage and high fiber volume fiction in fabrication of SCFRC, the FHTs shall still be an important problem in wide application of SCFRC with low cost, high properties and multi-applications.
