摘要
简述了PROFIBUS工业现场总线的组成和特点,并将该总线应用于某橡胶厂轮胎成品自动化立体仓库中,取得了很好的效果。文中对应用系统的软硬件进行了具体设计。该立体仓库共有8巷道,每个巷道长100m,巷道两边为存放轮胎的高层货架,每个货架有40列、20层,一排货架共有800个货位。该系统一次安装调试成功,运行1年多来,性能可靠、工况良好。
The PROFIBUS and it's characteristics are introduced in this paper. The PROFIBUS is applied to a tyre automate warehouse and good effects are achieved. It designs the software and hardware for this application system in detail.
