The peculiarity of digital temperature sensor TMPIOO with I2C interface is introduced in this paper. Furthermore, it expounds temperature patrol measurement system based on I2C bus composed of TMPIOO and P87LPC764 and its system function requisition, whole hardware structure, software framework and the application result. This system has been successfully applied in practice, which is a perfect choice to temperature patrol measurement system.
