摘要
圆块孔式石墨换热器是一种传热性能优良、结构紧凑、耐腐蚀性能极强的热交换设备。本文通过对多种石墨材料制造的该型换热设备的传热性能所作的测量,整理了多组K—Re曲线,为设计和选择适宜的工作点提供了可靠的依据。文中所列出的曲线大都由模型换热器实测而得,为验证模型换热器与真实换热器的相似程度,又对一台真实同类换热器进行测量,二者结果十分接近。有关数据和结论可供设计、选型时参考。
POLYBLOC graphite heat exchanger is a heat exchanging equipment which possesses dense structure, excellent heat-transfer property and corrosion resistance. Reliable basis for designing and selecting suitable operating range was provided by measuring of heat-transfer property of the heat exchanger made from varied graphite materials and arranging multigroup K-Re curves. The majority curves showed in the paper were obtained by measuring model heat exchanger. Measurment of same type real heat exchanger was carried out to verify the similar degree of model with real heat exchanger. Both of results were very approaching. Related data and conclusion can be referenced for desining and selecting type.
