薄层色谱法定量测定氮酮

摘要 对薄层色谱法测定氮酮的操作条件进行了探索。选择了以丙酮为溶剂对样品进行溶解,以石油醚 异丙醚 异丙醇(体积比6∶1∶1)为展开剂上行展开,在碘蒸汽中显色,密封展板后进行测量。其定性检测结果各组分分离良好,斑点集中且清晰。定量检测线性范围为15~250μg,线性方程Y(μA)=869.7514+101.9879X(μg)(n=8),相关系数为0.9986,加标回收率为101.2%,仪器精密度为1.21%,同板精密度为1.82%,均满足薄层定量分析的要求。 In the TLC determination of laurocapram (LRCM), acetone was chosen as solvent in sample-dissolution, a mixed solution containing petroleum ether, isopropylether and isopropanol in the ratio of 6∶1∶1 by volume was used as developing agent, and iodine vapour was used as the color reagent. It was shown by the experimental results that good separation of components in sample and clear and concentrated spots on the plate were obtained. Parameters of quantitative analysis obtained were as follows: ① range of linearity: 15μg to 250μg; ② regression (equation) Y =869.7514+101.9879 X (n =8), r =0.9986; ③ average recovery 101.2%; ④ precision of instrument: average RSD ( n =3) 1.21%; ⑤ precision on sample plate: Av. RSD ( n =3) 1.82%.
