血管介入栓塞术在妇科良性富血管疾病中的应用及生命质量评估

Application and the evaluation of life quality of vascular interventional embolization in the treatment of gynecological benign vascular disease

目的探讨血管介入栓塞术治疗妇科良性富血管疾病的治疗效果和对生命质量的影响。方法 2014年1月至12月内蒙古民族大学附属医院妇科良性富血管疾病患者90例,随机分为研究组和对照组各45例。对照组给予药物保守治疗,研究组给予经血管介入栓塞术治疗,记录2组妇科良性富血管疾病患者的临床治疗效果,所有数据经过统计学检验后得出结论。结果 2组妇科良性富血管疾病患者经过不同方案治疗后,研究组临床总有效率高达88.89%,对照组仅获得68.89%。2组间总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组介入并发症明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科良性富血管疾病患者给予血管介入栓塞术治疗,可以明显增加患者的治疗效果,有利于保障其愈后和生活质量。

Objectives To investigate the effect of vascular interventional embolization in the treatment of gynecological benign vascular disease and the effect to the quality of life. Methods From January 2014 to December, 90 patients with gynecological benign vascular disease in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities were randomly divided into study group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conservative treatment, and the study group was treated with vascular interventional embolization and record the clinical effect of two groups of the patients with gynecological benign vascular disease. The data were statistically tested and analyzed. Results Two groups of the patients with benign vascular disease were treated by different methods. The total effective rate was 88.89% in the study group and 68.89% in the control group. The total effective rate between the two groups was compared, and the result was statistically significant(P<0.05). The intervention complications in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The treatment of vascular interventional embolization in patients with gynecological benign vascular disease can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and it is beneficial to protect the prognosis and quality of life.
