体外循环心内直视手术治疗心脏肿瘤的效果观察

Effect of open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass on cardiac tumors

目的观察并探讨体外循环心内直视手术治疗心脏肿瘤的临床效果。方法收集2013年4月至2017年12月期间26例内蒙古乌兰察布市中心医院收治的经体外循环心内直视手术治疗心脏肿瘤患者的临床资料,结合相关文献进行分析。结果全组患者手术治疗后效果明显,住院期间无死亡病例,术中发现均为黏液瘤,术后并发症多以心律失常较为常见,术后随访1～2年,无复发患者。结论体外循环心内直视手术治疗心脏肿瘤为最有效、最确切的治疗方法,建议作为治疗心脏肿瘤的首选方法。

Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass in the treatment of cardiac tumors. Methods To collect the clinical data of 26 patients with cardiac tumors treated by open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass in Wulanchabu Central hospital from April 2013 to December 2017, and to analyze the related literature. Results The postoperative effect is obvious, no death occurred during hospitalization. All of them were myxoma during operation. Arrhythmia is more common in postoperative complications. All patients were followed up for 1 to 2 years without recurrence. Conclusion Open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass is the most effective and accurate method for the treatment of cardiac tumors, It is recommended as the first choice for treating cardiac tumors.
