微导管系统在孤立型症状性肠系膜上动脉夹层腔内治疗中的应用价值 被引量：1

摘要 2014年9月至2017年10月,本科室收治的孤立型肠系膜上动脉夹层患者中,对真腔明显受压,存在肠道缺血症状的3例患者,采用微导管系统辅助经股动脉入路行腔内治疗,效果满意,报道如下。1病例资料3例患者均为男性,年龄分别为45岁,58岁,67岁,平均年龄56.7岁,均以腹痛入院,行腹部CT检查发现孤立型肠系膜上动脉夹层转入本科室.
