血管腔内介入治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of intravascular interventional therapy for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans

目的探讨下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者行血管腔内介入治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析扬州大学附属医院血管外科2013年1月至2017年12月实施血管腔内介入治疗的61例ASO患者的临床资料,比较治疗前后疼痛数字量表评分法(NRS)和踝肱指数(ABI)。结果 57例患者治疗后症状和体征较术前改善,3例患者术后肢体缺血症状改善不明显。9例患者出现术后并发症,1例突发心跳呼吸骤停死亡。治疗后,患者NRS(2.14±0.98)分低于治疗前(6.78±1.21)分;患者ABI(0.69±0.11)高于治疗前(0.41±0.12),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管腔内介入治疗可以缓解ASO患者临床症状,同时具有微创、安全、可重复等优点,临床应用前景广阔。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of endovascular interventional therapy in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Method Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 61 patients with ASO who underwent vascular endovascular intervention from January 2013 to December 2017 in the Department of Vascular Surgery,Yangzhou University Hospital,comparing the numerical rating scale(NRS)and ankle brachial pressure index(ABI)before and after treatment.Result The symptoms and signs of the 57 patients improved after treatment,and the improvement of postoperative limb ischemia was not obvious in 3 patients.9 patients had postoperative complications and 1 patient had sudden cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest.After treatment,the patient’s NRS(2.14±0.98)was lower than before treatment(6.78±1.21);the patient’s ABI(0.69±0.11)was higher than that before treatment(0.41±0.12),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endovascular interventional therapy can alleviate the clinical symptoms of ASO patients,and has the advantages of minimally invasive,safe,and repeatable,and has broad clinical application prospects.
