CDT与ST在治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓中的临床对比研究

Clinical comparison of CDT and ST in the treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

目的探讨导管接触溶栓(CDT)与系统溶栓(ST)两种方式在治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)中的临床效果。方法选取房山区第一医院2017年3月至2018年9月收治的66例患者,根据治疗不同分别采用CDT及ST分组治疗,统计治疗时间、用药量、疗效及并发症等指标。结果 CDT组治疗有效率为97.0%高于ST组75.8%;CDT组治疗时间和用药量均低于ST组;CDT组并发症3例(9.1%)低于ST组并发症12例(36.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗急性DVT中选用CDT临床效果明显优于ST方式,建议推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of catheter directed thrombolysis(CDT)and system thrombolysis(ST)in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremities.Method 66 patients admitted to the First Hospital of Fangshan District from March 2017 to September 2018 were divided into CDT and ST groups according to different treatments.The treatment time,dosage,curative effect and complications were counted.Result The effective rate of CDT group was 97.0%higher than that of ST group 75.8%.The treatment time and dosage of CDT group were lower than that of ST group.The complications of CDT group were 3 cases(9.1%)lower than that of ST group 12 cases(36.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CDT is superior to ST in the treatment of acute DVT,and it is recommended to be popularized.
