摘要
目的探讨一种新型血管内实时测压抗栓装置应用于预防动脉硬化性闭塞症术后血管内血栓形成的可行性。方法将本课题组设计制作的新型实时测压抗栓装置进行体外模拟试验与动物实验,分析该装置的稳定性、效果及实用性。结果体外试验显示该实时测压抗栓装置压力测量的稳定性高,具有较强的可信性;动物实验显示通过该实时测压抗栓装置测得的压力值与体外多通道测量仪所测结果基本一致,具备较高的相关性。结论该新型血管内实时测压抗栓装置具有较好的应用前景,值得进一步开发研究。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of a new intravascular real-time pressure-measuring anti-thrombotic device for preventing intravascular thrombosis after the surgery of arteriosclerosis obliterans.Method The new realtime pressure-measuring anti-thrombotic device designed and manufactured by our group was tested in vitro and in vivo experiments to analyze the stability,effect and practicability of the device.Result The in vitro test showed that the pressure measurement of the real-time pressure-measuring anti-thrombotic device has high stability and strong credibility.Animal experiments showed that the pressure measured by the real-time pressure measuring anti-thrombotic device is basically consistent with the results measured by the multi-channel measuring instrument,which has a high correlation.Conclusion The new intravascular real-time pressure-measuring anti-thrombotic device has a good application prospect and is worthy of further research.
