脑动脉硬化症患者血清中同型半胱氨酸的表达

The expression of homocysteine in serum of patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis

目的探讨脑动脉硬化症患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)表达。方法选取2017年7月至2019年2月在合肥市第二人民医院确诊为脑动脉硬化症的患者50例作为研究组,并选取同时期在我院接受体检且确认为健康的50例体检者作为对照组,测定其血清Hcy浓度。结果对照组血清Hcy阳性5例,研究组血清Hcy阳性22例;对照组血清Hcy浓度(9.81±1.92)μmol/L低于研究组血清Hcy浓度(16.51±3.85)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑动脉硬化症患者中血清Hcy升高。

Objective To investigate the expression of homocysteine(Hcy)in serum of patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis.Method 50 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis diagnosed in the Second People’s Hospital of Hefei from July 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the study group,and 50 physical examinations who were confirmed to be healthy in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The serum Hcy levels were measured.Result There were 5 cases of positive serum Hcy in the control group and 22 cases of positive serum Hcy in the study group.The concentration of serum Hcy in the control group(9.81±1.92)μmol/L was lower than that in the study group(16.51±3.85)μmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum level of Hcy in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis is elevated.
