128例再次心脏瓣膜置换术的原因分析

Analysis of the causes of 128 cases of redo heart valve replacement

目的收集再次心脏瓣膜置换手术的病例,分析心脏瓣膜再次置换的原因。方法选取从2000年1月至2015年12月就诊福建省立医院128例接受心脏瓣膜再次置换的住院患者为研究对象,其中男性50例(39.1%),女性78例(60.9%),通过收集并记录患者的术前一般资料、与初次手术时间间隔、术前合并症、心功能状态等临床资料,进行分析。结果再次心脏瓣膜置换的原因可分为风湿性心脏病变由二尖瓣发展至主动脉瓣30例(23.4%),三尖瓣继发病变34例(26.6%),生物瓣衰败22例(17.2%)和机械瓣相关并发症42例(32.8%)。结论再次心脏瓣膜置换手术最常见的原因是发生机械瓣相关并发症。

Objective To analyze the causes of redo heart valve replacement by collecting the cases of valve replacement surgery.Method 128 patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement in the Fujian Provincial Hospital from January2000 to December 2015 were enrolled.Among them,50 male patients(39.1%)and female patients 78(60.9%).The preoperative general data of the patients,the time interval between initial operation,preoperative complications and cardiac function were collected and recorded for analysis.Result The reasons for the valve replacement were divided into rheumatic heart disease,were developed by the mitral valve to aortic valve 30 cases(23.4%),the tricuspid secondary lesion 34 cases(26.6%),bioprosthetic decay 22 cases(17.2%)and mechanical valve related complications 42 cases(32.8%).Conclusion The most common cause of valve replacement surgery is mechanical valve related complications.
