TriVex微创旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张临床分析

Management of varicose veins of lower extremity by the TriVex minimallyinvasive system

目的探讨TriVex微创旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月收治的下肢静脉曲张患者60例,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组各30例。比较两组患者治疗总有效率,统计两组患者手术及康复情况,两组并发症发生率。结果观察组手术及康复情况均优于对照组;观察组治疗有效率96.7%(29/30)高于对照组73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.7%(2/30)低于对照组23.3%(7/30),差异无统计学意义。结论行TriVex微创旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张,促进溃疡愈合,提高治疗有效率,减少术后并发症发生,具有一定临床价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TriVex minimally invasive circumcision in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.Method Sixty patients with varicose veins of lower extremities admitted to Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.Compare the total effective rate of the two groups of patients,and statistics the operation and rehabilitation of the two groups of patients,the incidence of complications in the two groups.Result The operation and rehabilitation of the observation group were better than those of the control group;the effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%(29/30)higher than 73.3%(22/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.7%(2/30)lower than that in the control group 23.3%(7/30),with no significant difference.Conclusion TriVex minimally invasive circumcision for varicose veins of lower extremities can promote ulcer healing,improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the occurrence of complications,which has certain clinical value.
