不同ALDH2基因型老年冠心病患者发生2型糖尿病的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨不同ALDH2基因型对老年冠心病(CAD)患者发生2型糖尿病(T2DM)的影响。方法选取2015年7月至2018年9月份在南京市市级机关医院就诊老年CAD患者96例。所有研究对象行至少空腹8h,次日清晨空腹抽静脉血5 ml,血清用于检测肝功肾功能等生化指标,基因芯片法检测血浆中ALDH2基因型,根据不同基因型进行分组后对研究对象相关人口资料,现病史和既往史等进行比较。结果 96例老年患者CAD合并T2DM占46.9%(45/96),CAD合并高血压占88.5%(85/96),CAD合并既往脑梗死占39.6%(38/96)。不同ALDH2基因型分组空腹血糖FBG水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步两两比较,Lys504lLys分组中,FBG水平最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ALDH2基因型中Lys504lLys的老年CAD人群应注意血糖控制。 Objective To investigate the effect of different aldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2)genotypes on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CAD).Method 96 elderly CAD patients were selected from July 2015 to September 2018 in Nanjing Municipal Government Hospital.All subjects were given at least 8 hours of fasting,5 ml of fasting venous blood the next morning.Serum was used to detect biochemical indicators such as liver function and kidney function.ALDH2 genotype in plasma was detected by gene chip method.After grouping according to different genotypes,the population data,current and past history of the subjects were compared.Result 96 elderly patients with CAD combined with T2 DM accounted for 46.9%(45/96),CAD combined with hypertension accounted for 88.5%(85/96),and CAD combined with previous cerebral infarction accounted for 39.6%(38/96).There was significant difference in FBG level among different ALDH2 genotypes,in Lys504 Lys group,FBG level was the highest,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly CAD population with Lys504 Lys in ALDH2 genotype should pay attention to blood sugar control.
