经皮冠状动脉介入治疗老年冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效分析

目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)老年冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效。方法选取福建省晋江市中医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治老年冠心病心绞痛患者80例,按照治疗方式不同分为,保守组给予口服常规药物和治疗组给予PCI治疗。比较两组老年冠心病心绞痛疗效。统计心电图改善,心绞痛症状缓解的时间;治疗前后患者心脏彩超心功能检查结果;心血管事件发生率。结果治疗组整体疗效优于保守组,且治疗总有效率100.00%(40/40)高于保守组77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组心功能情况改善优于保守组;治疗组心电图改善时间和心绞痛症状缓解时间均低于保守组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。保守组出现心血管事件发生率25.0%(10/40),治疗组为2.5%(1/40)。结论 PCI治疗老年冠心病心绞痛效果确切,可改善患者心功能,减少心血管事件发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the treatment of elderly patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Method Eighty elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were treated in Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2019.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into conservative group was given oral routine drugs and the treatment group was given PCI treatment.The effect of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease was compared between the two groups.Statistical electrocardiogram improvement,angina symptoms remission time;before and after treatment,patients with color Doppler echocardiography cardiac function test results;incidence of cardiovascular events.Result The overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the conservative group,and the total effective rate was 100.00%(40/40)higher than that of the conservative group 77.50%(31/40),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group was better than that in the conservative group;the improvement time of electrocardiogram and the relief time of angina symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the conservative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events was 25.0%(10/40)in the conservative group and 2.5%(1/40)in the treatment group.Conclusion PCI is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.It can improve the cardiac function and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
