下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征的治疗策略 被引量：17

摘要 下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)是血管外科的多发病、常见病,尽管急性期的积极抗凝溶栓等治疗能降低远期并发症,但仍有约30%的患者最终会演变为血栓形成后综合征(postthrombosis syndrome,PTS),给患者生活带来不便和痛苦。近年来,随着对PTS病程演变了解的深入与治疗结果的不断总结,人们在PTS诊断与治疗策略上有了一定的共识。1
