摘要
自分离根际联合固氮菌制成的菌剂对小麦、玉米和红薯都具有显著增产作用,增幅分别为10.9%~28.5%,18.5%~28.2%和68.3%~77.5%。所用氮肥水平对联合固氮菌的增产作用没有显著影响,不同联合固氮菌株对几种作物的增产作用没有显著差异。每hm2施用15kg由AN3制成的液体联合固氮菌剂对小麦的增产作用,相当于每hm2施用15kg纯氮对小麦的增产作用。
Yield of wheat, maize and sweet potato was increased by 10.9%~28.5%, 18.5%~28.2% and 68.3%~77.5%, respectively, by inoculation with the associative nitrogen-fixing bacterium strains CN18, CN52 and BN. N fertilizer rate (75 kg N/hm^2 vs. 105 kg N/hm^2) had no significant influence on the yield-improving effect of the strains. No significant difference was observed among the strains studied in their yield-improving effect for the 3 crops. The treatment of the liquid culture of the rhizosphere associative N-fixing bacterium AN3 gave a yield improvement of wheat comparable to that of 15 kg N/hm^2.
