An Application Research of PLM System in the Development Process of Automotive Parts

以某汽车零部件公司研发需求为例,在对其产品开发现状及产品开发过程中存在的问题进行分析的基础上,研究了基于PLM的产品开发模式和管理理念,提出了面向汽车零部件公司的通用PLM解决方案,探讨了PLM的关键技术,并结合该公司现状和发展规划构建了PLM功能结构。

Taking the need of the research and development of a company which produces car compo‐nents and parts ,this paper proposed a product lifecycle management (PLA) based on the development model and management concepts by analyzing the development status and problems in the process of product development .T hus some general PLM solutions are proposed .In addition ,some key technol‐ogies of the PLM are discussed .Finally ,the functional structures for the company are constructed with consideration of its status and future plan .
