摘要
以澄合奥陶纪灰岩为固硫剂,对10#高硫煤进行了固硫试验。结果表明,X3,X5,S3,及D9等4种灰岩具有较好的固硫作用,其Ca(Mg)/S和固硫剂粒度分别取2和<0.12mm较合适;经800~900℃煅烧后,石灰石的固硫率明显提高。固硫助剂的添加量占固硫煤的0.4%,最佳固硫温度为1000℃;固硫温度低于1100℃时以Ba(OH)2助固硫效果较好,超过1100℃时以高岭土助固硫效果较好。
The desulfuration tests on the high-sulfur coal of No.10 of Chenghe mining area are studied with the Ordovician limestone as desulfuration agents. The results show that the four types of limestone of X3, X5, S3 and D9 are of the better effect of desulfuration when the Ca(Mg)/S of the agents on the coal is equal to 2 and the grain sizes of the agents are less than 0.12 mm. The calcined limestone at 800~900 ℃ is higher ratio of desulfuration than the natural limestone. The amount of the accelerants of desulfuration is 0.4% of the coal together with the desulfuration agents. The best temperature of the desulfuration is 1 000 ℃, and the desulfuration-supporting effect of Ba(OH)2 is the best when the temperature is less than 1 100 ℃and the effect of kaolin is the best when the temperature is over 1 100 ℃.
