澄合高硫煤固硫技术初探

摘要 以澄合奥陶纪灰岩为固硫剂,对10#高硫煤进行了固硫试验。结果表明,X3,X5,S3,及D9等4种灰岩具有较好的固硫作用,其Ca(Mg)/S和固硫剂粒度分别取2和<0.12mm较合适;经800~900℃煅烧后,石灰石的固硫率明显提高。固硫助剂的添加量占固硫煤的0.4%,最佳固硫温度为1000℃;固硫温度低于1100℃时以Ba(OH)2助固硫效果较好,超过1100℃时以高岭土助固硫效果较好。 The desulfuration tests on the high-sulfur coal of No.10 of Chenghe mining area are studied with the Ordovician limestone as desulfuration agents. The results show that the four types of limestone of X3, X5, S3 and D9 are of the better effect of desulfuration when the Ca(Mg)/S of the agents on the coal is equal to 2 and the grain sizes of the agents are less than 0.12 mm. The calcined limestone at 800~900 ℃ is higher ratio of desulfuration than the natural limestone. The amount of the accelerants of desulfuration is 0.4% of the coal together with the desulfuration agents. The best temperature of the desulfuration is 1 000 ℃, and the desulfuration-supporting effect of Ba(OH)2 is the best when the temperature is less than 1 100 ℃and the effect of kaolin is the best when the temperature is over 1 100 ℃.
