摘要 介绍了所研制开发的燃油暖风机样机的结构及工作原理,建立了本样机热力系统的传热网络图,叙述了热力系统传热计算方法,利用自行编制的传热计算软件的计算结果,对影响燃油暖风机热力性能的各因素进行了较详细的机理分析,获得了各因素对本机组热力性能的影响规律。 Introduces configuration and operating principles of developed oil-fired unit heater, presents the heat exchange network chart and the heat transfer calculation method of the prototype thermal system, compiles its calculation software, recites detailed mechanism analysis of impact of main factors such as barometric pressure, temperature, surplus air coefficient, supply air volume etc. on the heater thermal properties by the use of the calculated results of the software, obtains the influence law of the heater thermal performances varying with each factor.
