摘要
应用光线追迹的方法对一类用悬浮扩散共聚法制成的聚合物球对称梯度折射率微球透镜进行纵、横向球差的理论计算。结果表明:这类梯度折射率微球透镜成像的纵、横向球差较均匀介质球透镜大幅度降低,适合应用于集成光学和微小光学系统。进一步计算提示,若将这类梯度折射率微球透镜球心至表面折射率的差值提高到(理论预期的)0.04左右,成像质量将能得到更大的改善。
Using light - tracing method we studied the longitudinal and transverse spherical imaging aberrations about a kind of polymer gradient refrective index(GRIN) micro - sphere - lens fabricated by suspension - diffusion - copolymerization method. The results demonstrate that this kind of micro - lens has low longitudinal and transverse spherical imaging aberrations and is good for micro - optic -system.The further study reveal that if the n of the micro - lens is prompted to 0.04 or so,the imaging capability of the lens will be very well.
