新型氮化硅钢背缸套是根据氮化硅材料的特性，将其制作成泥浆泵缸套衬里，用优质碳素钢制作缸套钢背，用温差法进行装配而成。经过试验其使用寿命比普通缸套提高3倍。

: According to its properties, silicon nitride is made into the liner for cylinder sleeve of mud pump while top quality carbon steel is made into the steel backing for cylinder sleeve, which are assembled by using the method of temperature difference. Test indicated that the service life of this cylinder sleeve increased three times comparing with the conventiona1 one.
