摘要
目的 :通过观测缺氧后小鼠脑组织中神经元的形态结构及小胶质细胞的数量 ,探讨不同缺氧状态下小鼠脑组织结构的变化。方法 :用间歇性重复缺氧模型和持续性缺氧模型小鼠 ,取脑组织作HE染色和镀银法染色 ,观察神经元结构 ,计数小胶质细胞。结果 :①间歇性缺氧小鼠脑神经元的缺氧变化比持续性缺氧小鼠轻 ;②缺氧脑组织中小胶质细胞数量增加。结论 :间歇性低氧可提高脑神经元对缺氧的耐受性 ;脑组织缺氧损伤时小胶质细胞数量增多。
Objective:To observe the morphological changes of cerebral tissue in different hypoxia models.Methods:The cerebral tissues of mice in intermittent hypoxia and continuous hypoxia were observed with HE staining and silver-plated staining.Results:1.The changes by intermittent hypoxia was more slight than it by continuous hypoxia.2.Microglia was increased.Conclusion:The intermittent hypoxia may induce development of anoxia tolerance and the quantity of the Microglia was increased.
