复合针刺治疗脑血管意外后遗症

Multiple Acupuncture Treatment Cerebrovascular Accident Sequelae

目的 :比较单一针刺疗法和复合针刺疗法对脑血管意外后遗症患者治疗的疗效。方法 :5 2例脑血管意外后遗症患者随机分为单一体针刺和联合针刺 (体针、皮肤针、耳针 )组两组 ,连续治疗三个疗程后比较两种方法的疗效。结果 :单纯针刺组总有效率 75 .0 % ,复合针刺组总有效率96 .4 % ,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective:To compare curative effect of a single acupuncture therapeutics and multiple acupuncture therapeutics in cerebrovascular accident sequelae patients.Methods:52 cases cerebrovascular accident sequelae patients were divided randomly into two groups:singleness body needle acupuncture group and multiple acupuncture(body needle、skin needle、ear needle acupuncture) group,after sequence treat three periods of treatment compare curative effect.Result:Singleness body needle acupuncture group total effective rate was 75.0%,multiple acupuncture group total effective rate was 96.4%,there is salience difference between two groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion:curative effect of multiple acupuncture therapy is higher than single acupuncture therapy.
