电磁脉冲辐射对小鼠睾丸脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨脂质过氧化在电磁脉冲 (EMP)辐射所致小鼠生精细胞损伤中的作用。方法 二级雄性昆明小鼠 114只 ,随机分为辐射组和对照组。辐射组小鼠分别接受 8× 10 3 v/m、2× 10 4 v/m和 6× 10 4 v/mEMP 5次重复全身照射 ,于照射后 6h ,1,3 ,7,14和 2 8d ,对睾丸组织丙二醛 (MDA)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性进行检测 ,同时观察睾丸组织的病理变化。结果 电磁脉冲照射后睾丸组织SOD活性改变与MDA含量变化趋势相反 ,SOD活性改变发生迅速 ,8× 10 3 v/mEMP照射后 6hSOD活性即显著降低 ,14d时也明显降低 (P <0 0 5) ;2× 10 4 v/mEMP照射后 1~ 14d睾丸组织SOD活性明显降低 (P <0 0 5) ;6× 10 4 v/mEMP照射后睾丸组织SOD活性在照后有一明显升高 ,继而明显降低的过程 ,而MDA含量变化明显滞后 ,在照射后 14d明显升高 (P <0 0 5)。 3种场强的EMP照射后 2 8d内 ,各级生精细胞水肿、坏死和脱落 ,精子减少或缺失。结论 SOD活性降低 ,脂质过氧化作用增强 ,参与了电磁脉冲辐射所致的生精细胞损伤的发生。 ObjectiveTo explore the effect of lipid peroxidation on injury of testis induced by electromagnetic pulse(EMP)irradiation in mice. Methods114 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into irradiated group and control groups, content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and activit y of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in testis were measured,and pathological changes of testis were observed at 6?h,1,3,7,14 and 28?d after mice irradiated genera lly by 8×10\+3,2×10\+4 and 6×10\+4? v/m EMP respectively for five times.ResultsThere was a opposite tendency between alteration of SOD activity and change of MDA content in testicular tissue after EMP irradia tion,alteration of SOD activity happened quickly,SOD activity lowered siginifica ntly at 6?h and 14?d after 8×10\+3?v/m EMP irradiation,from 1 to 14?d after 2×10\+4?v/m EMP irradiatton,there was obvious increase prior to obvious de crease after 6×10\+4?v/m EMP irradiation,but MDA content heightened significan tly at 14?d,which lagged behind obviously alteration of SOD activity.It showed EMP irradiation also caused striking edema,necrosis and shedding of spermatogeni c cells,scarceness and deletion of mature sperm within seminiferous tubule,edema ,congestion and hemorrhage within interstitial.ConclusionDecrease of SOD activity,potentiation of lipid peroxidation took part in occurrence and progress process of spermatogenic cell injury induced by electromagnetic pulse irradiation.
