324例普外科患者行肠外营养并发症的观察与护理

Observation and nursing of complications of parenteral nutrition for patients with gastrointestinal diseases

目的探讨普外科患者的肠外营养并发症的观察与护理。方法观察2012年7月至2014年7月在我科行肠外营养的324.例患者肠外营养的并发症,总结护理经验。结果 324.例患者在肠外营养的治疗过程中,操作相关并发症包括气胸2例(0.62%),导管感染6例(1.85%),发生代谢性并发症有26例(8.02%)、电解质紊乱32例(9.88%)、淤胆及肝功能异常6例(1.85%)。结论正确的穿刺方法 ,严格执行无菌操作及规范的肠外营养护理,能有效预防肠外营养并发症发生。

Objective To observe the complications of parenteral nutrition in the patients with gastrointestinal diseases,and generalize nursing experience.Methods From July 2012 to July 2014,a total of 324 patients with gastrointestinal diseases underwent parenteral nutrition.The compUcations of parenteral nutrition were observed and analyzed.Results The complications of parenteral nutrition included pneumothorax in 2(0.62%),catheter infection in 6(1.85%),metabolic complications in 26 cases(8.02%),electrolyte disturbances in 32(9.88%),and cholestasis or abnormal liver function in 6 cases(1.85%).Conclusion The correct catheterization,strict implementation of aseptic operation and standard nursing of parenteral nutrition can efficiently reduce the complication rate of parenteral nutrition.
