脑干及围脑干肿瘤的外科治疗

Surgical management of tumor in or around brain stem

目的手术切除脑干及围脑干肿瘤。方法对33例脑干及围脑干肿瘤实施显微外科手术。结果33例脑干及围脑干肿瘤中,27例被全切,6例大部切除,病人症状显著进步,无恶化及手术死亡病例。结论应用显微神经外科技术,脑干及围脑干肿瘤能得到较好的治疗,使病人症状显著改善,良性肿瘤可以根治,恶性肿瘤能显著延长生存期。

Objective To surgically resect tumors in or around brain stem with microsurgery techniques. Methods Thirty three cases of tumor in or around brain stem were treated microsurgically. Results Tumors were located in or around brain stem,27 cases were totally resected and 6 cases were subtotal resected. The symptoms improved,without deterioration and mortality. Conclusion Tumors in or around brain stem can be excised with microsurgery techniques.
