摘要
目的应用动线设计与系统布局设计(System Layout Planning,SLP)的方法对快递面单进行改进设计,以提升顾客和员工的填单效率。方法通过调查问卷和现场访谈,对某国内快递面单上的顾客和快递收件人员的填单动线进行了分析和优化设计,确定了快递面单上各个区块的相互关系,基于SLP的布局设计方法对快递面单进行了改进设计。结果改进后的快递面单在使用者的动线移动效率上提高了20%以上。结论基于动线设计和SLP的产品设计可以提升产品使用绩效,动线效率可以作为评价产品设计质量的一项指标。
The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of filling express sheet of the customers and employees by redesign the express sheet with the method of flowing design and SLP. Taking the express sheet of an express company in China as an example,the customers' and the picking- up employees' flow line of filling sheet is designed after questionnaire investigation and on- the- spot interview. The interrelationship of each block on the express sheet is analyzed and the SLP technique is applied to redesign the express sheet. The results show that the flowing efficiency of the customers and the picking up employees of the redesigned express sheet could improve 20%. Therefore,the product redesign based on flowing design and SLP could improve the performance efficiency and the flowing efficiency is an effective index to evaluate the design quality of product.
