伪热点窃取他人信息的实现及其侦查取证方法

The Implementation of Stealing Others' Information by Pseudo Hot and The Methods of Investigation

随着免费WiFi在公共场所的不断普及,伪热点窃取他人信息的案件频发,给普通用户的个人信息以及财产安全埋下了隐患。从分析伪热点窃取他人信息犯罪高发的原因入手,通过构建伪热点,模拟再现犯罪分子窃取用户个人信息的作案过程。根据案件特点,有针对性地为公安机关办理该类新型案件提出侦查取证方法,力求提高该类案件的侦破效率,从而为打击此类犯罪奠定基础。

With the continuous popularity of the free wifiin publics, the case about stealing others information by pseudo hot becomes frequent, which hides troubles for the users personal information and property security. This paper starts with analyzing the reasons of high rate of this crime and then simulates the process of criminal offenders stealing the personal information by means of constructing the pseudo hot. According to the characteristics of the cases, we come up with the methods of investigating and collecting evidences for the new cases, aiming at improving the effectiveness of such cases, thus laying the foundation for combating such crimes.
