协同恐怖袭击是被恐怖分子或恐怖组织利用且产生较大影响的恐怖袭击方式之一,"9·11"事件之后,恐怖分子又相继制造了马德里"3·11"、伦敦"7·7"、莫斯科"3·29"、巴黎"11·13"、布鲁塞尔"3·22"等大规模协同恐怖袭击事件,通过比较研究和案例分析的方法,概括协同恐怖袭击的内涵、特征、组织方式和影响显得尤为必要。研究发现,协同恐怖袭击在袭击主体、袭击客体、袭击时间、袭击手段和袭击后果等方面存在着共性特征,要针对这些特征建立防控、反恐的新机制,探索预防和打击协同恐怖袭击的有效措施。

Coordinated terrorist attack is one of the terrorist attack modes, which is used by terrorists or terrorist organizations and has a greater impact. There are many large-scale coordinated terrorist attacks made by terrorists after '9·11' in the United States, such as '3·11' in Madrid, '7·7' in London, '3·29' in Moscow, '11·13' in Paris and '3·22' in Brussels. It's necessary to summarize the connotation, characteristics, organized mode and infl uence of coordinated terrorist attack through the method of comparative and case study. The common features among the attack subject, attack object, attack time, attack means and attack consequence of this mode are found through the study. According to these characteristics, it's necessary to explore the methods and mechanisms of preventing and combating coordinated terrorist attack.
