阳离子黄荧光试剂显现皮脂及血潜手印初探 被引量:4

摘要 用阳离子黄荧光试剂雾化熏显的方法实验了不同浓度、不同溶剂对皮脂手印显现效果的影响,得到了雾化熏显皮脂手印的适宜浓度,同时实验了该试剂适用的客体范围及显现皮脂手印的灵敏度;另外,利用阳离子黄荧光试剂对血潜手印进行了初步探索,找到了显现血潜手印的适宜浓度和溶剂。实验表明,该试剂能够明显提高杂色背景上皮脂手印和血潜手印的显现增强效果,对手印显现的实践工作具有一定参考价值。 The method of atomizing fuming of cationic yellow fluorescent reagent is used to develop lipid fingerprints.Different concentration and different solvents of this method have been studied.The appropriate fuming concentration for developing lipid fingerprints is obtained.As the same time,the suitable object range and sensitivity of the reagent are explored to develop lipid fingerprints.In addition,the experiment conducted an initial research on latent blood fingerprints and found a suitable concentration and solvent of developing blood fingerprints.Experiment results demonstrate that cationic yellow is able to improve the development of lipid fingerprints and latent blood fingerprints left on variegated background object significantly,which is valuable in the practice of fingerprint detection.
