新疆维吾尔族人群稀有基因型分析 被引量:3

Rare Genotype Analysis of Xinjiang Uygur Population

摘要 对新疆维吾尔族6788个健康无关个体的18个STR基因座中的稀有基因型进行分析。使用DNATyper^(TM)19 Plus试剂盒,对样本进行STR分型检验。经多次检验在D12S391、D13S317、D16S539、D18S51、D19S433、D21S11、D2S1338、D5S818、D6S1043、D7S820、FGA、Penta E、TH01、v WA、CSF1PO这15个基因座发现了稀有基因型及其突变。新疆维吾尔族人群稀有基因型与我国其他地区人群稀有基因型比较存在明显差异。稀有基因型具有地域、民族差异性,有利于不同区域、不同民族的确认,可以为人类群体遗传学、法医学个体识别、亲权鉴定等方面提供详实可靠的基础数据。 The rare genotypes of 18 STR loci in 6788 healthy individuals of Xinjiang Uygur nationality were analyzed. The samples were subjected to STR typing using the DNATyper ^(TM)19 Plus kit. The rare genotypes and their mutations were found in the 15 loci of D12 S391, D13 S317, D16 S539, D18 S51, D19 S433, D21 S11, D2 S1338, D5 S818, D6 S1043, D7 S820, FGA, Penta E, TH01, vW A and CSF1 PO. There are significant differences between the rare genotype of Xinjiang Uygur population and the rare genotype of population in other regions of China. Rare genotypes have regional and ethnic differences, which is beneficial to the identification of different regions and different ethnic groups. It can provide detailed and reliable basic data for human genetics, forensic individual identification and paternity examination.
