摘要
少数民族地区人权事业的发展关系国家发展与稳定,对中国人权事业的发展具有重大影响。文章对第二轮UPR中少数民族人权保障的现状和存在的问题进行了分析并提出了完善少数民族权利保障的建议。
The development of human rights in ethnic areas has great impact on the development and stability of the nation and development of human right. This article analyzes the current status and problems of ethnic minorities' guarantee of human rights shown in the second round of UPR. It also provides suggestions on the work.
